Congrats! You're about to list your first Xpedtion on Xploreum. Listing your Xpedition is the most important step in ensuring your listing is compelling and visible. Therefore we are breaking out the process into several sections to cover everything in detail. After listing the first Xpedition, the next ones will take less than 20 minutes.

Building Your Itinerary
Given the specialized nature of the Xpeditions we list on Xploreum, we developed a special functionality for building itineraries. Based on the duration of your Xpedition, one itinerary block will automatically be generated for each day. You list the following information for each day to be automatcally curated and listed on your Xpedition listing view.

Setting Your Cancelation and Refund Policy
Having a clear cancelation and refund policy is a critical part of setting the expectation with your Xplorers and creating a transparent and customer friendly environment. The platform allows for three tiers of refund policies.
Make sure you account for the costs you incur and the timeline for incurring those costs when you're setting your policy. Please note that the Xpedition fees are not payable to you until you reach the no refund portion of your policy. For example, if you set full refund 90 days before the Xpedition start date, 50% refund prior to 45 days before Xpedition start date, and no refund within 30 days of Xpedition start date, your funds will be disbursed within 7 days of reaching the no refund portion of your policy of 21 days before the Xpedition start date.

Adding your own documentation and Waivers
Here at Xploreum, we value safety and responsible naturecraftership as much as we value conservation, but we also understand that some of activities our Xplorers enjoy carry an inherent level of risk. Our Thrillmasters may opt in to have their own liability waivers signed by each Xplorer before the booking is confirmed. We're here to facilitate that. You can upload your waivers on the platform and we will make sure that the agreements are signed by the group prior to confirming the booking. Although we facilitate the signing process to the best of our ability, it is still up to you, the Thrillmaster to make sure you have gathered all the required signatures prior to an Xpedition taking place. This process is done through our documant management process.
You can also upload more generic documents for Xplorers to access that do not require a signature. Simply upload your Document and click next. Add the final details about your Xpedition and you're done.
It takes us 48 hours to review and approve your Xpedition. Once approved, you are all set and listed on the platform. Ready to take bookings and to share your skills and knowlegde with the workd.
